TAI-KI
Introductory and Ongoing Juko-ryu Aiki Inyo TAI-KI© Classes
What is TAI-KI©? It is a Japanese-based exercise style that is similar to Chinese Tai Chi. TAI-KI© is a gentle, controlled method of exercise that is performed in a slow and relaxed manner which has many benefits to health and well-being. Where TAI-KI© differs from Tai Chi is that each TAI-KI© movement contains Rod Sacharnoski’s world-famous Ki-Life™ Breathing methods.
What results can you expect from TAI-KI©?
- Reduced heart rate variability
- Increased internal energy
- Enhanced health and longevity
- Improved balance and coordination
People of all ages can benefit from this training. It is great for the whole family.
WHITE CRANE
Juko-ryu Hakutsuru (White Crane) Kempo Karate-jutsu Ongoing Classes - "Soft-Hard System White Crane Hard-Fist Empty-Hand Art". Hakutsuru "White Crane" is a total martial art that has three main divisions of study: Kin-Da "grasping and locking," Karate-Jutsu, and Kobu-jutsu Weaponry.
The White Crane techniques are known to have originated in Chinese martial arts by way of the Gokei Ken, five form fists of Shaolin Chuan-fa. White Crane has since survived for many generations through distinguished and well preserved lineages of Okinawa. This form of Hakutsuru is an Okinawan martial art base with a strong Chinese Chuan-Fa influence.
In this Hakutsuru White Crane program you will first learn specialized Kin-da (similar, but uniquely Hakutsuru form of Chin-Na) locking and grasping techniques which will be later combined with your study of Kempo (Hard Fist / Chuan Fa) Karate-jutsu fist and foot techniques. As is tradition, there are many White Crane Kata (forms) to learn and Bunkai (Applications) to master. Continued study will open the door for you to study White Crane Kobu-jutsu Weaponry (Okinawan and Chinese Weaponry).
SELF-DEFENSE
Juko-ryu Aiki Inyo Goshinjutsu Seminars - "Soft-Hard System Coordinated Mind-Body and Balance Self-Defense Art" is a special division of Juko-ryu Bujutsu that pertains to modern-day self-defense techniques. This system is taught primarily in a regularly occurring seminar format. You may also schedule an Introductory Self-Defense Seminar for your family or co-workers.
